Dennis Tang is a Toronto based real estate sales representative that needed a branding and marketing solution.
The concept of the logo is a representation of Dennis’ zodiac sign, the Taurus. Much like the Charging Bull, it is a symbol of aggressive estate optimism and prosperity. The fluid brush strokes of the logo was an inspiration from my past mentor Lok Tok with his signature horse paintings. The chosen typography has similar characteristics to the lines of the Taurus.
Various ad layouts were created to target specific mediums such as social media (Facebook and Instagram), traditional mailers (postcards), brochures and leave-behind brochures.
The website is designed to target and capture specific client base – the buyer, the seller, and the renter – each having their own particular needs. The website is designed to inform Dennis’ clients and facilitate him to better manage and understand his clients’ needs.
